This is a 2017 Model with all updates s/n 7108034704380EC
My first MX SPORT (2016 model) was still not working properly after Whites applied the Firmware updates so I sent it back and they shipped me a BRAND NEW (tested/Inspected) unit on 5/8/2017 (see last picture). This detector is in new condition and still has the factory plastic on the control box screen. There are superficial scratches on lower rod (to be expected) from indoor assembly and testing. The unit works perfectly and has never been outdoors. The detector is about 5 months into the warranty so there is still 1 year and 7 months remaining of the original 2 year warranty.
